Website Check privacy notice

Updated September 7, 2026. This notice supplements the Lindo AI Privacy Policy for Website Check.

The tool receives only the public page URL supplied as its argument. It sends the hostname to Cloudflare DNS and makes an unauthenticated request to the page and up to three validated redirects. Target websites can observe the request from Lindo’s infrastructure.

Metadata, headings, and findings are returned to the requesting ChatGPT or MCP client. No Lindo login, cookies, account records, conversation history, or API keys are requested. Query strings and fragments are rejected to reduce accidental sharing of private links.

The application does not store submitted URLs, fetched HTML, or reports in a database or cache and does not log request bodies. Data is processed in memory for the request. Cloudflare processes network information to provide hosting, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. OpenAI or your MCP client handles the returned report under its own policies.

Use only public pages intended for inspection. Do not submit URLs containing secrets or personal information in their paths. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@mail.lindo.ai.
